Judd McLaughlin, CPA

Mr. McLaughlin is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in State of New Jersey. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Richmond and was a Spring 1995 Excellence in Management graduate.

Mr. McLaughlin has in-depth gaming industry experience including:

• Casino Controller - Harrah's Riverboat Division (Memphis, TN)
  • Responsibility for assisting in coordination of financial activities of Harrah's riverboat properties. This included support of property openings, properties' capital budgeting process, as well as other requested projects and troubleshooting concerning property financial operations. In addition to the riverboat properties, similar support was provided to Harrah's Low Stakes & Indian Gaming Division. Also provided project support to development activities for these divisions.
• Director of Internal Audit - Harrah's Atlantic City
  • Responsible for general management of department including employee supervision, property-wide risk assessment and development of and performance against annual audit plan and departmental budget. Reviewed audit work papers, prepared audit reports, conducted exit conferences with varying levels of management concerning all aspects of large, land-based casino/hotel operation.

Mr. McLaughlin delivers internal audit outsourcing to the firm's clients.
